A new project for the Chapuis brothers Romain and Jean-Guillaume. A very hands off approach to making Burgundy, which includes no SO2. Majority of fruit from their family’s vineyards in Savigny-Les-Beaune. The brothers have taken some influence from their time with Phillipe Pacalet and their travels in Aus and NZ, to explore this style. It’s a wild and fun wine, with tangy acid and deep purple tones. Not a lot kicking around so if you’re looking for something new to drink with your Bourguignon, give this a try.
