Bold, balanced, beautiful. Grower champagne from the cool Marne Valley that shows off the Pinot Meunier style. The reserve wine selection for this cuvee comes from a Solera system started in 1998, bringing a brooding richness. There’s some citrus and ripe stone fruits, as well as some spiced apple pie in the middle. From fourteen hectares of vineyard in Mareuil-le-Port, Dehours has found itself within the cross-hairs of champagne enthusiasts around the world. Will pair easily with rich flavours, such as smoked salmon, sweetbreads or at the end of a meal with some smelly cheeses.
