Made from a parcel of organically farmed Gamay in the village of Touraine. It’s labeled under “Vin de France”. A juicy example of Gamay from the region. Dark berries, pepper and bright and refreshing style of red. Whole bunch fermented with the Carbonic process happening naturally. Designed to drink now and quench your thirst. Brothers Thierry and Jean-Marie Puzelat took over the family estate in the early 90’s and championed some of the Loire’s nearly extinct varieties. A truly minimal intervention producer that always shows us something exciting.
