The humble growers of the Jura have seen great success in recent years, with some producers finding cult status amongst wine lovers.  The saying “what grows together, goes together” applies here.

If you’ve got a nice bit of comté cheese, then you’ll want a squat bottle of Vin Jaune.  Perhaps a tangy Chardonnay with some creamy Coq au Vin Jaune.

The delicate reds made from Poulsard and Trousseau will dazzle and are a great alternative for meaty fish.

We’re excited every season to see what the Jura will deliver.
