Domaine Bart Fixin 2018
To be a lover of Burgundy is to forever be searching for that holy grail of ‘great value’. This one from Domain Bart, sits snuggly into that category. Fruit from Fixin which is situtated somewhere between Marsannay and Gevrey-Chambertin. It's light on it's feet, with wild cherries and roses to boot. Partially destemmed fruit, with no fining or filtering. Slosh it around in a decanter, or just drink it all by yourself so it has enough time to open up in the glass.
