Sébastien Brunet Vouvray Arpent 2023
Some of the most mouth-watering white wines in the world come from Vouvray. Full of lemon zest and deliciously ripe apples, they are a crowd pleasing style. Sébastien Brunet likes to take his time and treat his Vouvray gently. Harvested by hand, followed by an extended extraction and a very slow natural ferment. His wines don’t see Malolactic fermentation, which means wines with racing acidity that are age worthy. Arpent is a lieu-dit in Vouvray and one of Brunet’s most iconic wines.
