Brendon really gets the balance of fruit sweetness and freshness right here. It makes for an easy drinking, thirst quenching fruit tingle of a wine. Made from Pinot Noir from Lenswood, and as BK says himself, it’s a style of sparkling which is allowed to create itself. It undergoes a process of natural fermentation in the bottle, making it bubbly and leaving a lees deposit at the bottom for texture. This is the kind of wine you drink with a hangover – not that we would ever encourage such behaviour.
