Château Comme Ci, Comme Ça Vin Rosé 2021
Aaron Fenwick sources his fruit from two separate vineyards in Magpie Spring and Pooks Hill. He makes his whites and reds separately, then blends them to achieve a Rosé of dark fruit flavours, with zesty Chardonnay acidity. His approach is purely hands off - nothing added or subtracted. What we get is something exciting and fun, which needs to be ice cold and served with some duck terrine and saucisson.
