Domaine D’Andezon Signargues 2019
Produced by one of the most renowned co-ops in France, Vignerons d’Estezargues, near the city of Avignon. A co-op is a well established structure of French wine production. It’s essentially a way for a number of producers to pool their resources and select fruit to make a quality wine on a larger scale. There is a lot of bang for your buck here. It’s got all the power and structure you’d expect from a Rhône Valley Shiraz. Teaming with blueberries, dark fruits and hints of dark olive tones. It’s bold and rounded without being cumbersome. Think Steak Frites with Pepper Sauce.
