Coulter Wines Chardonnay 2021
A wine that typifies the style of Adelaide Hills Chardonnay. From a single site in Echunga. It’s been whole bunch pressed into oak, with full solids fermentation and lees stirring. Plenty of ripe stone fruits, some Hillsy tropical hints, all wrapped around generous structure. Just feels like an example of high quality fruit with smart wine making. Great for a Sunday roast chicken with tarragon butter.
