Diebolt is the apex of quality versus value, when it comes to grower Champagne. Their Chardonnay from the Cramant subregion of the Côte des Blancs is simply pristine. You'll see a bit of tangy citrus and florals, with toasty brioche layers over the top. Very much a culinary Champagne - treat yourself to an oyster topped with a lump of caviar. Or simply a piece of delicate fish "en papillote" covered in butter and lemon.
