Domaine de Bellivière Jasnières Calligramme 2020
Chenin Blanc from in the white wine only appellation of Jasnières. The fruit is selected from Eric and Christine Nicolas oldest Domaine fruit, most of which is sourced from fifty plus year old vines. It subsequently sees fermentation in old barrels and a small selection of new French oak. This wine gives most white burgundy a run for its money. It's velvety rich texture concentrates a plethora of spicy exotic fruits and tangy citrus. The balance of acid and texture means this wine will last decades and develop ample complexity. By far the flagship wine for this superstar Loire producer.
