Koen “Koko” Janssens employs smart wine making with minimal intervention to produce his range. Hailing from Belgium, his experience with local producers has given him the tools to create mouth watering, vin de soif style wines from the Barossa. Semillon from 80 year old vines. Picked early and handled minimally to bring out the purest fruit expression. One of the more serious wines in Koko’s range. Lots of aromas and rich fruits. A versatile white on the table. Think fresh crustacean or maybe some ravioli in a lobster bisque.
