A red Pet Nat made from Loire local variety Pineau d'Aunis, with a little Grenache. It's juicy and moorish, with tingly bubbles that lift the luscious dark cherries and raspberries out of the glass. This is far too easy to drink, even for the most restrained among us. Eric, Christine and Clement Nicolas produce this little ripper under their negotiant label Les Arches de Bellivière, which permits them to purchase fruit to expand their holdings and allows their son Clement to stylistically evolve the Domaine. For those who like a little dry sparking red, this will knock their socks off.
