Made from a blend of predominately Mondeuse, grown on the very steep slopes of Argis. Gamay from site at Beauregard, which is foot-crushed. Partial carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks. It’s built to drink fresh and chilled. No SO2 added. Brambly red fruits and plum. It’s pretty and pure with electric acidity.
