Koko makes his Grenache as minimally as possible, with the focus on vin de soif style. Fruit is separated by 80% de-stemmed and 20% whole bunch and is treated delicately in old French oak. A fine example of medium weight Barossa Grenache. It wouldn't say no to a minute steak and some Belgium fries either.
