If you're a Chardonnay lover, we think you'll really enjoy this regional level white Burg' from Henri Germain. He sources the fruit from a number of Meursault plots amongst the Côte d’Or, and cleverly crafts the wine to give you hints of that funky, smoky Meursault character, while being precise and fruit driven. If you're splashed out and got yourself some lobster, and you're going to smother it in garlic butter, then this would be great alongside it.
