An open and fruit driven style from George Descombes. It’s silky and smooth, while bringing all the cherry pleasures that you expect from Beaujolais. A bottle that won't last very long on the dinner table. George makes his wines with inspiration from a crew of producers that, in the 80’s, brought Beaujolais wine making back to its roots. Later picking, barrel ageing, minimal sulfur, minimal intervention. So expect power and passion. Try it with some Confit Duck.
